Hi. Welcome to the home of Toews on the Waves, a weekly radio show featuring some of the greatest oldies, novelty music, and then some, that history has to offer. It is hosted by Bruce Toews in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Coming Up on the Program on March 6, 2010
This week in our 20-minute spotlight, we'll be looking at the #106 songs from the years 1956 to 1963 inclusive. This should give us a very interesting perspective of some of the lesser-known songs that people were listening to at the time. I like to do this periodically, just pick some obscure number out of the blue and choose my songs accordingly, having no idea how it will all work out. So join me as together we explore the #106 songs from the years 1956 to 1963.
When to Listen
Toews on the Waves airs Saturday evenings between 7:00 an 9:00 PM Eastern time in North America. This is 6:00 to 8:00 PM Central, 5:00 to 7:00 PM Mountain, and 4:00 to 6:00 PM Pacific.
