Thanks to those who listened to the show last week and took part in it. The theme related to music of the 1980's, and repeatedly I was asked if I could produce more Music Machine programs of 80's songs, which I will do in the near future.
This week, we'll hear a few of the songs which time did not allow me to play during the 80's show. The theme of this week's program is Irish music in celebration of St. Patrick's Day which takes place on 17 March. This is a theme which has been previously done but has been requested again. So if you like you can request any songs by Irish artists and I'll do my best to play them. However, requests for any songs are welcome, and given this is the last live show for a few weeks while I visit the United States, this could be a good opportunity to ask me to play something for you.
