Terrys shows on the Legend

Since I started broadcasting on the Legend I've had the opportunity to, as well as my two weekend shows, do a number of stand ins for various presenters.
You, the Legend listeners never stop amazing me with the kind comments, requests and overall interaction both during shows and when I'm off-air.

As well as across the weekend you can also catch me on Thursdays at 1 Eastern for a couple of hours.

Thursday's at 1 Eastern

On Thursdays as well as your requests, contact details towards the bottom of the page, we'll also play the Legend Long One at half past the first hour, and have a 60's 70's sandwich at half past the second hour.
Of course all that mixed in with those forgotten favourites the Legend is renowned for playing!
The Long One has to be over 5 minutes long and if you have any suggestions just let me know!
On the show of 18 February the long one is a remake of a sole classic which is just amazing, don't miss it!

Due to popular request the Thursday show is now available to download.

60's and 70's Sunday

In this programme, we don't just play the same old stuff other playlist-orientated radio stations do. We dig out songs which haven't been heard on the radio for years.

Most weeks we feature two years, one each hour, and of course if you have a year that is important to you for whatever reason it would be fantastic to feature that alond with some song choices. Alternatively just contact me during the show and interactively choose a song from one of the featured years.
the week!
On Sunday February 7 the two years were chosen by two listeners, Chuck and Angie and they have chose the years in which they were respectively born, 1964 and 1975.
Here songs from such as the Beatles, Carpenters, Earth Wind and Fire and much more!
This turned out to be a very busy show with loads of additional requests so if you didn't get to hear it live may be worth a download!

In the show of the 14th of Feb we stepped outside of the 60's 70's frame as a listener requested that we feature 1980. Lynne for NewYork has picked some fantastic 1980's songs so we'll get those on in the second hour.
The first hour is also a listener choice, Julia Mosen requested songs from the year Jonathan was born but we dont go back to the 40's ahah. Seriously Jonathan was born in 1969 so we'll look at the UK top 10 of April 69 and play some other great tracks from the year.

In the next show, on Sunday Feb 21 the music for the first year is chosen by
alan Young, who's provided me with a great list of songs from 1966. Can't wait to get those on!
The year in hour 2 is chosen by Jane Jordan, who wants to hear songs from 1976 the year she was born.
So we'll play some great 76 songs as well as feature the BillBoard top 10 from the month of her birth.

In this weeks show once again we step outside of the 60's 70's thing for the second hour.
However in hour one we're ok, we're once again back in 1975.
Completely different songs to play this time as the year is chosen by UK listener Nigel Williams.
And in hour two we step into 1981, chosen by Jonathan Mosen as it was the year Julia was borne.
He's let us pick the songs, and already listeners have started to choose tracks for the year.
So if you have a favourite from either year, or just fancy a 60s or 70s song you haven't heard for ages let me know and I'll be delighted to play it for you.

60's 70's Sunday is live at 5 PM each Sunday in the UK, 12 PM Eastern and 9 AM Pacific.
